Pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that your personal data (name, surname, email address, phone number) will be processed by Arcadia Srl, as Data Controller, in response to your registration request, to manage your profile as a registered user and to allow you to monitor the status of your orders/return requests. Subject to your express consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), we also inform you that the Data Controller may process your data for marketing purposes to carry out activities including: sending newsletters, advertising and information material, news about our products and/or services, invitations to events. The legal basis for the above processing is the Data Subject’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The data you provide shall not be disclosed or used for further or different processing. The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, failure to provide the data indicated as mandatory will prevent us from fulfilling your request. Should you decide to provide us with your data, we inform you that it will be processed by personnel authorised by the Data Controller and will be stored until you revoke your consent, which may occur at any time. However, any further storage of the said data or part thereof may be ordered to assert or defend your rights in any possible forum and especially in the courts. Your data will not be communicated outside EU territory, but should this be necessary, the Company will obtain the necessary guarantees for Data recipients located outside the EU to ensure that the data is transferred in compliance with the requirements of Chapter V of the GDPR. We inform you that your data may be communicated to third parties who perform specific services on behalf of the Data Controller to ensure the proper pursuit of the above-mentioned purpose. The list of these third parties is available on request from the Data Controller. Finally, we would like to remind you that, pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data relating to you, to be informed of the source of the data and the purposes and methods of the processing, to have the data updated, rectified or supplemented, and to have the data deleted if illegally processed deleted or if one of the reasons specified in Article 17 of the GDPR applies.
