However, any further storage of the said data or part thereof may be ordered to assert or defend your rights in any possible forum and especially in the courts. Your data will not be communicated outside EU territory, but should this be necessary, the Company will obtain the necessary guarantees for Data recipients located outside the EU to ensure that the data is transferred in compliance with the requirements of Chapter V of the GDPR. We inform you that your data may be communicated to third parties who perform specific services on behalf of the Data Controller to ensure the proper pursuit of the above-mentioned purpose. The list of these third parties is available on request from the Data Controller. Finally, we would like to remind you that, pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data relating to you, to be informed of the source of the data and the purposes and methods of the processing, to have the data updated, rectified or supplemented, and to have the data deleted if illegally processed deleted or if one of the reasons specified in Article 17 of the GDPR applies.
