Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that your personal data, freely provided by you, will be processed by Arcadia Srl, the Data Controller, with computerised and paper-based methods, for the: management of orders and purchases, management of shipments, management of returns, execution of payments, fulfilment of accounting and tax obligations, management of requests even after purchase, management of any litigation. The legal basis for the processing is the fulfilment of a contract and pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the Data Subject or the fulfilment of legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). We also inform you that, based on the provisions of Article 130, para. 4 GDPR and only upon finalisation of the sale of a product purchased by you, the Data Controller may carry out marketing activities, using your email address, regarding products similar to those purchased by you; you may oppose the processing at any time using the channels specified by the Data Controller. The data you provide shall not be disclosed or used for further or different processing. The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, failure to provide the data marked with * will prevent us from fulfilling your request. Should you decide to provide us with your data, we inform you that it will be processed by personnel authorised by the Data Controller and will be retained exclusively for the time necessary to fulfil the indicated purpose (dispatch of the purchase, compliance with return terms, guarantee) unless otherwise required by law, including that provided for in Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code. For marketing purposes, we inform you that your data will be stored until you revoke your consent, which may occur at any time. However, any further storage of the said data or part thereof may be ordered to assert or defend your rights in any possible forum, especially in the courts. Your data may be communicated outside the EU due to your shipping needs. Should this be necessary, for Data recipients based outside the European Union, the Company will obtain the necessary guarantees that the transfer of Data occurs in compliance with Chapter V of the GDPR. We inform you that your data may be communicated to third parties who perform specific services on behalf of the Data Controller to ensure the proper pursuit of the purpose mentioned above. The list of these third parties is available on request from the Data Controller. Finally, we would like to remind you that, pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data relating to you, to be informed of the source of the data and the purposes and methods of the processing, to have the data updated, rectified or supplemented, and to have the data deleted if illegally processed deleted or if one of the reasons specified in Article 17 of the GDPR applies.
