SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery of the products purchased on www.dondup.com takes on average between two and four business days when ordered within Italy and the EU and between three and eight business days when ordered for all other destinations, depending on the shipping method chosen when confirming the order

All our orders are prepared and dispatched from Italy within one working day of the order’s confirmation, except during sales or busy periods when there may be delays in order processing.

Delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays; carriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and weekends.

For orders placed by credit card, you need to add one working day to the standard shipping time for regular administrative checks. For orders placed by bank transfer, shipping times will be calculated from the payment confirmation.

SHIPPING COSTS

Crafting incredible products and providing the best shopping experience have always been our priorities.

As we continuously strive to make a positive impact towards the planet, we are starting our journey to become Carbon Neutral. We feel it is an important step in our sustainability path to encourage you to shop more responsibly on our e-commerce.

A couple of months ago, we have implemented the best size guide on the market, to help you choose the size which fits you best. This allowed us to reduce the return rate and the subsequent CO2 emissions.

We are now introducing shipping costs on smaller orders, starting July 3rd. We will reinvest most of that income in certified carbon credits to offset our carbon footprint.

We understand our Dondup family will be impacted by this adjustment. We want to be open and share why we made this decision.
