About Dondup
Founded in 1999 in Fossombrone, in the Italian province of Pesaro e Urbino, Dondup produces and distributes 100% Made in Italy men's and women's ready-to-wear clothing. Since 2021, Made in Italy Fund, a private equity fund managed by Quadrivio & Pambianco, has held a majority stake in the brand.

With the new acquisition, the fashion house has initiated an expansion process involving the entire structure through the redefinition of the corporate and management structure. Matteo Anchisi, the CEO, leads the company's development, transforming Dondup's excellence in Made in Italy into a global company.
- 1999The brand begins its journey with its first Women's Collection.
- 2003The brand develops and launches the Men's Collection.
- 2006Dondup launches its first Kids Collection.
- 2011Dondup opens the doors of Casa Dondup, its first Concept Store in Milan.
- 2017Dondup opens its new boutique right in the heart of Milan's Fashion District.
- 2019Dondup launches the D/Zero E-commerce Project.
- 2020Dondup becomes a 100% Made in Italy brand.
- 2022Dondup publishes its first Sustainability Report. Dondup opens a new Boutique in Antwerp.
- 2023Dondup launches the Digital Product Passport on over 600k products.
In the same year, the Dondup 4 Future project is born. - 2024Dondup opens a new Boutique in Munich, with a renewed design. The Milan flagship store also undergoes a makeover, following the new concept.
The label offers a contemporary style: hinged on well-developed forms and materials, it plays tribute to denim culture, with a particular attention to detail typical of the best hand made Italian style.
